We do our best to show our candles accurately, but colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen. Product descriptions may change at any time, and some items may be limited or discontinued.

Placing an order means you’re offering to buy a product. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion. An order is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation.
Please check your details carefully before placing your order, as cancellations may not always be possible. All purchases follow our Refund Policy.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Once an order is handed to the courier, delivery is out of our hands. Risk and ownership pass to you at that point.

This store runs on Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Gorgeous Candles. Shopify isn’t responsible for any issues related to your order.
